Welcome to the Golden Era of Law: A Letter From Sarah

News

Hey there, friend—
Welcome to my very first journal entry here on the Golden Lawyer Journal. I’m so excited you’re here. Today marks a big moment for me: the launch of my brand-new website, and with it, a fresh, bold chapter for Sarah Flack Law. This space is where I’ll share personal reflections, behind-the-scenes updates, courtroom stories, legal education (but make it fun), and a little bit of golden glitter from my life as a lawyer, mama, and woman on a mission.

If you’re new here, let me introduce myself properly.

I’m Sarah Flack—founder of Sarah Flack Law, also known as The Golden Lawyer. My firm is rooted in personal injury law, and I’ve dedicated my practice to helping people rebuild after the unexpected. Whether it’s a car crash, a trucking accident, or an injury that’s turned someone’s world upside down—I step in, stand up, and fight fiercely to make sure they’re not steamrolled by insurance companies or legal red tape.

But here’s the thing: I don’t believe in practicing law the way it’s always been done.
The commercials with the boxing gloves and the yelling? That’s not me.
The old-school, cookie-cutter law firms? Also not me.

At Sarah Flack Law, we believe in doing things differently—doing things golden.

What does that mean?
It means preparation is our love language. Communication is our superpower. And every client gets the VIP treatment—because justice should come with compassion, clarity, and a little bit of sparkle.

I’ve tried more than 30 jury trials and I’ve got another one coming up in just a couple weeks. While many lawyers try to avoid trial like it’s the dentist’s office, I actually love being in the courtroom. There’s nothing like telling a client’s story to a jury, standing up for someone who’s been underestimated, and walking out knowing we gave it everything. It’s personal for me. And I’m proud to say we get results.

So what’s this journal all about?

I created The Golden Lawyer Journal because I wanted a space that didn’t feel like a stiff “blog.”
This is more like a peek into the journal of a lawyer who also happens to be a mom, an outdoor enthusiast, a Swiftie, and a big fan of curly fries and a crispy Coca Cola at football games. Some weeks, you might find legal tips. Other weeks, a courtroom reflection, a client victory, or just an honest moment from my walk through life—because that’s what being human and being a lawyer is all about. It’s not just case files and demand letters. It’s real people, real stories, and real heart.

A little about me beyond the courtroom…

I’m a mom to a hilarious, sassy, and brilliant three-year-old daughter who keeps me on my toes and teaches me new things daily. If you’ve ever heard a tiny voice call out “Objection!” at the playground—yeah, that’s probably us.

I’m also dog-mom to the world’s most adorable pup, who considers himself co-counsel in all matters involving peanut butter and neighborhood squirrels.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me outside—walking through the neighborhood with a podcast in one ear or chasing after my 10,000 steps like it’s my job (because, let’s be honest, mental wellness is part of the job). Being outdoors recharges me. Lately, I’ve become obsessed with Montana—big skies, pine trees, peaceful mornings. It’s my dream to spend more time there, soaking in that mountain air and maybe even squeezing in some remote work from a cozy cabin (gold accessories included, of course).

Also, let’s get this out of the way now: I’m a huge Taylor Swift fan. A full-on Swiftie. I have no shame and so many friendship bracelets. If you ever run into me at a conference, you’ll likely leave with legal insight and a glittery wrist accessory. I believe in Easter eggs, surprise sets, and karma being a queen.

And when I’m not fangirling over Taylor or hiking through Georgia, I’m at sporting events. Hawks games, Falcons games, Atlanta United—count me in. There’s something about the energy of live sports that’s unmatched. It’s the same adrenaline I feel in a courtroom: strategy, stakes, and standing up for something that matters.

Why this matters to you…

If you’ve found yourself here because you’re navigating a personal injury or you’re just curious about what it’s like to work with someone like me—know this: you’re not just a file number or a case value. You’re a whole person with a story, a struggle, and a future that matters. I built this law firm with intention: to offer not only top-notch legal representation, but also hospitality, humanity, and hope.

I’m not afraid to call out injustice. I’m not afraid to stand up in court.
But I’m also the lawyer who will check in on you, text you updates, and treat you like family—because you are.

At Sarah Flack Law, we work with what I call the G.O.L.D. Standard:
Go-Getter. Outspoken for Justice. Limitless Hospitality. Do Good in the Community.

We don’t settle for average. We go for the gold—for our clients, for our team, for our impact.

Let’s Stay Connected

So, if you’ve made it this far, thank you. Truly. This journal is just one way for us to connect—whether you’re a fellow lawyer, a potential client, or just someone cheering me on from afar.

Each week, I’ll be updating this space with something new. It could be a trial story, a legal tip, a glimpse into the wild world of running a law firm, or a reminder that women can be mothers and moguls, lawyers and lightning bolts, fierce and full of heart.

I hope you’ll subscribe. I hope you’ll share.
And I hope you’ll join me as we build something bold, bright, and golden—together.

With gratitude and glitter,
Sarah Flack
